The name has changed, because the direction has changed… slightly.
I always knew TWW would have to evolve and grow with the consumer need for it, and a year down the line (yes it's a year today I launched This Woman's Work), I now know that need comes from not just mature women - although they will always play a lead role for TWWork - but from all women, all men, all genders, and all ages, as they try to navigate what on earth to do with their careers.
I want TWWork to help as many people as it can, and I’m about 5% of where I want it to be right now, which is a one-stop-shop for anything career support related.
My hope is that if you’re stuck, or if you need help, TWWork will be here for you.
For free.
No paid memberships or data sign-ups.
I know there will be direct marketing and commercial marketing strategists out there tutting at me for saying that, but I mean it. Everything is behind a pay wall or a data wall now, and I believe there is another way - a better way - to run a commercial business... So I'm going to prove it.
You in?
Chops x
PS. In case you haven't noticed yet, we've launched a new 'Support Hub' on the website. It's pretty small right now, but it has BIG dreams of being packed full of helpful career content for you to consume.
Listen - and watch - this announcement from the (Chops's) horses mouth...
