5: Meet Emma, a business mentor with a difference

Updated: Oct 15

I have known Emma for a LONG time. We met in our early 20s (loooong, long, long time ago) at the publishing house, emap, or Bauer Media as it is now; and we worked in the same team for a couple of years. I think I even became her manager, of sorts, for a brief spell, which was just ridiculous, because she was always way more professional than me. I think I had simply been there a bit longer and shouted a bit louder. Needless to say the managerial spell didn't last long and she went on to bigger and better things at emap, at beyond, as she describes in this chat.

Emma's journey is, I think, one that a lot of people will relate to. She did what she was meant to do - what society back then expected her to do - and she tried to follow a more 'normal' career path for a long time, all the while simultaneously being called to do other things. As you'll hear, at times she listened to that voice and dabbled at the path less travelled, but ultimately, the 'normal' and more predicable path, with it's predictable pay-cheque, kept pulling her back.

Luckily the voice got stronger and her dabbles got bigger, until now, today, Emma practices her true calling full-time. And she's never been happier.

Emma describes her work and what she offers as: Transformational coaching for individuals and entrepreneurs who understand their body, mind, emotions and spiritual self hold the opportunity for next level growth. She works with coaching and high dimensional energy to align clients to their future.

And she's good at it. She's really good. It's why I sat her down to hear her full story.

Emma's social handle is @emmalannigan, and her website, with contact details, is: https://www.emmalannigan.com

Enjoy.
