Emma came onto my radar whilst I was interviewing another fab female (FF), and said FF started talking to me once we'd wrapped, about this funky and progressive hypnotherapist she was working with. A seed was planted and when I got home, I looked her (Emma) up and almost immediately got in touch with her.... For two reasons: 1. Because from what I heard and then what I saw/read, I knew she'd make a great guest on TWW; and 2. Because I was keen to understand how she could help me to finally quell some stubborn demons of my own.
As Emma goes on to discuss in the chat, hypnotherapy, and indeed the type that Emma practices, is all about re-programming the brain, mostly to think better/healthier thoughts; and after a tough year, longer if I'm honest, I knew I could really do with a bit of that.
I have been/tried counselling a few times over the years and if I'm honest, I'm not sure it's for me. That's not to say I haven't got something out of my counselling sessions, I have, but just not enough, and not enough quickly enough.
Endless talking doesn't seem to do it for me, I need solutions/action/change. And Emma's approach offers exactly this.
Emma's social handle is: @focused_hynotherapy
Enjoy.
